How to Set Up Proxies with Multilogin, GoLogin, and Anti-Detect Browsers

Why Anti-Detect Browsers Matter

A proxy changes your IP address, but modern websites track far more than IPs. Browser fingerprinting identifies users by canvas rendering, WebGL data, installed fonts, and dozens of other signals. Anti-detect browsers solve this by generating a unique fingerprint for each profile. Combined with proxies from Botosaur, each profile becomes a completely separate digital identity.

Proxy Format and Authentication

• IP authentication: host:port (your IP must be whitelisted)
• User/pass authentication: host:port:username:password

Setting Up Multilogin

1. Open Multilogin and click Create Profile
2. Under the Proxy tab, select your proxy type: HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5
3. Enter your proxy host, port, username, and password
4. Click Check Proxy to verify the connection
5. Configure fingerprint settings to match your proxy's geography
6. Save the profile and launch it

Setting Up GoLogin

1. Click New Profile and find the Proxy section
2. Select connection type: HTTP, SOCKS4, or SOCKS5
3. Paste your proxy in host:port:user:pass format
4. Click Check Proxy — GoLogin will display the detected IP and country
5. Set timezone and language to match your proxy location
6. Save and run the profile

Setting Up AdsPower

2. Choose proxy type and enter host, port, username, password
3. Click Check Network to verify connectivity

Testing Your Connection

After launching any profile, visit whoer.net or browserleaks.com to verify your IP matches the proxy, timezone is correct, and no DNS leaks are detected.
