2. Service Description
We provide residential proxy services including IP addresses, proxy rotation, and related tools for legitimate business use including web scraping, data collection, market research, and privacy protection.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Any illegal activities or purposes
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications
- Attacking, disrupting, or exploiting other systems
- Distributing malware or harmful software
- Violating the rights of others including intellectual property
- Any activity that could damage our infrastructure or reputation
5. Billing & Payments
All prices are in USD and billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — service continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If our service does not meet your expectations, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In cases of abuse, termination may be immediate without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
